Our goal at Salty Shirts™ is that you love what shows up at your door. Every shirt is printed on demand just for you, which means our gear is typically non-returnable — but if something isn't right, reach out. We'll make it right.
What's covered
Incorrect, damaged, or defective items are eligible for a full refund or replacement. No questions, no drama — we're not a faceless corporation, we're one guy who actually reads every email.
To be eligible:
- Item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong (wrong size, wrong design, wrong order)
- You contact us within 30 days of your purchase date
- The item is unused and in the same condition you received it
No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the purchase date.
What's not covered
Because every shirt is made to order, we can't accept returns for:
- Wrong size ordered by mistake (check the size chart on the product page before you order)
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Normal wear after washing or wearing
How to start a refund or replacement
Email us at [support email] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll get back to you fast and sort out a refund or a replacement, whichever makes sense.
